Meet PJ Selby

Your Home is the Heart of My Business

A hometown agent, a broker's training

Paula "PJ" Selby has represented buyers and sellers across Maricopa County and North Pinal County since 2009, and became an Associate Broker in 2018. Before real estate, she spent more than 25 years in sales in the building and retail wholesale community, which taught her how to listen, negotiate and follow through.

She grew up in California and Hawaii as the daughter of a career Air Force and Army non-commissioned officer, moving to the West Valley in 1973 and to Chandler in 1991, where she raised her sons. Both of her sons are Army veterans, and supporting military families is personal: she holds the Military Relocation Professional (MRP) designation and the VAREP Military & Veteran Housing Certificate, and she knows VA loans inside and out.

PJ moved to Mesa recently, where she and her husband gutted and renovated a home, added a three-car garage, and put down roots she calls her forever hometown. She is active in her local association, a past board member of Veterans Association of Real Estate Professionals, and a familiar face at local charities.
